Macchialina & Gravity Brewlab
The folks at Macchialina teamed up with Wynwood’s Gravity Brewlab to create a pairing for the ages – Chef Michael Pirolo’s house made porchetta and a traditional Belgian farmhouse “Saizonetta” brewed in part from Macchialina polenta by Diego Ganoza.
The hand carved porchetta was served with a choice of toppings, including crispy potatoes, pepperonta or broccolini, served on a house baguette for $5. We paired that with a complimentary cold one from Gravity Brewlab. Local celebrity artist Krave was there to create a live art installation, El Fresco style.
